Skyscanner was founded in 2003 and has more than 800 employees. Its free mobile application has over 50 million downloads. In addition, it has over 60 million users each month and is available in 30 languages & 70 currencies. Skyscanner has 10 offices worldwide and is part of the Ctrip group.
Skyscanner chose Tool LTD to design its social media strategy in Greece and, more specifically, to manage its Facebook page, “Skyscanner Greece”, in order to boost brand awareness in the Greek market.
Tool undertook the Content Strategy & Development, Facebook Community Management and Facebook Strategy & Planning. Furthermore, Tool worked in alignment with all the appropriate technologies and corporate procedures the client had already established in order to effectively implement all brand activations and communicate with Skyscanner’s key account managers.
